HOW TO GET SET UP
Our set up is easy !
1)SET UP YOUR AGENCY /COMPANY PROFILE (time required-1 min)
Set up your agency profile and add your agency URL and name
2)SELECT YOUR ARTISTS (time required-2-10 min depending on size)
Select or Add the Artists you want to Manage, Promote and get bookings for, We have 4000 artists in our DB and welcome more. *if you want to manage an established artist you might need to wait 15 mins for approval
3)SET UP LINKS AND BOOKINGS FOR EACH ARTIST *2-5 PER ARTIST
Activate the promo and Booking functionatlity *(Subscribe but its currently free).for the artists you want. You can use cut and paste.for any promo links and the booking selections are automatic and easy.
4) YOUR ROSTER IS ACTIVE- SELECT THE ARTISTS YOUR WANT LIVE (10 seconds or less)
Dont forget to publish your artists to make pages live.,. Your URLS are easy to set up and change,.
5)YOUR ROSTER SYSTEM IS LIVE!
Have a play around with the other functionalities and send yourself a booking request using the forms to see how it works for your clients!
