Seth Troxler is one of electronic music’s most instantly recognizable characters, who made it into the industry at the age of 19. His reputation as one of dance music’s most genuine characters isn’t without merit. He has taken some life-changing decisions during the last year, one of them being getting engaged and another being his decision to build his legacy in music.
Since last July, Seth found a woman, got engaged, and is expecting a child. Speaking to Chandler Shortlidge, a news editor at Beatportal, Seth said his whole life was changed after the Covid year. He said: “I’m like a whole new person and I’ve made probably 40 new songs”.
What else has the last year changed about Seth is the way he looks at his career. He said he no longer wanted to work just for the Instagram fame by trying to post a selfie every day, but for how the world would remember him for his work and what he could present to the industry and the culture.
Seth made a post on his Instagram account announcing his relationship, saying:
“She said yes! 2020 and 2021 have been a leap of faith for us all. For me, I took a step towards a new life, one made possible with you @kimlillianstrebel . I’ve met an angel and I’m not letting go. I love you dearly and look forward to our life together. Now and forever yours”.
